Who am I?
I’m a counsellor who works with people who have spent most of their lives feeling like they need to hold everything together. People who think deeply, feel intensely, notice everything, and often hide how overwhelmed they really are.
Before becoming a counsellor, I spent years working, studying, and hiding the ways my own nervous system was struggling. I wasn’t anxious or depressed in the clinical sense, but I was exhausted, overstimulated, overthinking, and constantly trying to manage other people’s expectations.
I work well with clients like this because I understand that experience from the inside. I know what it’s like to feel different without knowing why, to search for clarity when nothing seems “wrong enough” for traditional labels, and to want support that isn’t clinical, diagnostic, or pathologising.
My counselling approach isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating enough safety for your system to finally stop bracing, stop performing, and start responding to what’s actually happening for you now, not what happened years ago.
My role is calm, steady, and grounded. Your role is simply to show up as you are.

Online and Phone Consults
You don’t need to be in Brisbane to work with me. I offer online and phone sessions Australia-wide through Google Meet, phone, email, or chat.
Sessions are available during business hours and after hours, including evenings, weekends, and early-morning options to make support accessible without adding pressure to your day.
