Counselling

Our counselling service addresses, anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, low motivation, lack of meaning, and general life dissatisfaction. We address these issues through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Existential Therapy, Mindfulness and Mind Training.  

Dream Therapy & Lucid Dream Training

Dreams provide insights into the workings of our unconscious mind and can be used to help us in our waking life. Our Dream Therapy service can help those who are suffering from nightmares and recurring dreams or simply want to know more about their dream life. We also offer Lucid Dream Induction Training to help you have your first Lucid Dream or continue your existing Lucid Dreaming practice.

Mind Training

Our Mind Training service is an individually tailored approach to help you engage more effectively with your mental states and how you respond both consciously and unconsciously to the challenges in your life. We will explore your understanding of what ‘the mind’ is and how it affects your happiness and well-being.

Meditation and Mindfulness Coaching

We offer Meditation and Mindfulness Coaching for individuals who are seeking to begin, improve or maintain a Meditation or Mindfulness practice. This service is ideal if you are aware of the benefits of Meditation and Mindfulness but find it challenging to sustain or implement a regular practice. We understand these challenges and provide the instructions and guidance you are missing to achieve your Meditation goals.

Resilience Training

Resilience Training is a sub-set of our Mind Training service but can be taken individually to help you improve your ability to manage and respond effectively to the daily challenges in your life. This service is ideal if you are feeling constantly overwhelmed and struggling to find the motivation for facing the challenges of daily life.
