Do you offer counselling?
Yes. We specialise in addressing, anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, low motivation, lack of meaning, and general life dissatisfaction. We approach these issues through the Counselling Techniques of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Existential Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Gestalt Therapy, Rogerian Therapy and the ancient tradition of Mind Training.
What is Mind Training?
Mind Training is a series of practices focused on cultivating and developing a healthier mind and thereby improving how our mind responds to situations to increase our general happiness and well-being.
Do I have to take up Mind Training?
No, it is not compulsory. We will tailor our approach to what works best for you.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on a number of variables, which are assessed in your first session. Some clients require only 2-4 sessions while others take ongoing recurring, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or bi-monthly sessions to stay motivated and keep up with their practice.
I’m not sure you are the right fit for me, what should I do next?
Easy! Just book your first free session and if we are both not comfortable, then there is no pressure to proceed. Trust is a key element in this process and we expect to earn your trust, not to have it given freely.

It is very important to us that you feel you are getting great value for your money with us. We have a unique offer and blend of services that you cannot find elsewhere. We use it to provide you with the best chance possible of implementing lasting positive change in your life, not just a short-term band-aid solution.
What is your availability?
We know how difficult it can be to get a service you need at a time that works for your busy schedule. To assist you we offer sessions both in and out of business hours, including weekends, after 5 pm and before 9 am. If you have a specific time in mind that is not available on our scheduling page just contact us directly via e-mail.
Do I need a Zoom account for my online session?
No, but it is more convenient for you if you have a free account already set up and have the Zoom app. installed on your device. You can learn more about how to use Zoom and get your free account here. We recommend booking your session for a time when you can be in a private location with minimal background noise.
